My heart is broken. I loved Mrs. Stewart so much. She was like a second mama to me. I will always cherish the times that we spent together. I have so many good memories of when I was younger & she taught me how to swim & how she took us kids for our late night tennis matches. I Love You Virginia & just know you will be missed so much & not just by me.

My late husband, Red, and I knew Virginia well during the 1960s-'80s because of her participation in the Vidalia Women's Bowling Association.  I remember her with fondness as one who loved to have a good time and had a ready laugh.  Throughout the years, we would run into each other and recall all the good times we shared.  She'll definitely be missed by her  family and friends.

she was my next door neighbor (Second Street) when I was growing up in Vidalia.
I remember that she always had a smile and would wave when she drove by in her Nash Metropolitan.
rest in peace, Virginia Jo

Jibba (Virginia) was my wife's great aunt.  She was so kind and even came out and visited us in California years ago.  When we looked after her sister she was always wanting to make sure she had the best care and I know she was always kind to Mildred.  That's just the type of person she was.  When my wife passed I lost contact with her but she has kept in contact with my son Andrew and was very kind and encouraging to him.  I wish I was able to thank her.
