Mr. Ronnie Turner age 64, of Vidalia died Wednesday afternoon, October 7, 2020 at the University Hospital in Augusta after a brief illness. Ronnie was a native and lifelong resident of Vidalia.  He was a faithful and loyal supporter of the Vidalia Indians and Georgia Bulldog Football teams.  He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Doc and Mamie Lee Turner, and one brother, Tracy Turner.

Ronnie is survived by one sister, Linda Fowler of Vidalia; six nieces, and two nephews.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Turner will be held Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Pinecrest Cemetery with Bishop Bradley Young officiating.  Interment will follow.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Ronnie L Stewart Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Ronnie, thank you for your friendship, support, and for being the best General Manager any team could ever have. You will be missed but not forgotten. You left a legacy that will live on.
