Mr. Danny Lee Simms, age 65, of Lyons, died Thursday morning, July 2, 2020, at Meadows Health after an extended illness. Danny was a resident of Toombs County for the past 25 years and was a retired salesclerk. He was Baptist by Faith.
Danny is survived by his wife, Lynn Amerson of Lyons; one stepson, Eric Miller of Lyons; one stepdaughter, Brooke Amerson of Hinesville, one Aunt and several cousins also survive.
Funeral Services for Mr. Danny Lee Simms will be held Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Ronnie L Stewart Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Irvin Murphy officiating. Visitation will be held same day as service in Vidalia Chapel starting at 11:00 AM until hour of service.
Interment will follow at the Lyons City Cemetery.
