I will miss sitting with Mr. Raymond at church. He was a special man and he loved his family very much. He will be greatly missed. I am praying for comfort for the family.

Oh how this breaks my heart. Mr. Raymond was the sweetest man. He loved the Lord, his church, and there was nothing like his family!!!! He loved those grandchildren beyond measure and expected them to behave. He never missed a church service until his later months and he made sure his grands were there. He was easy to love and he will be greatly missed!

My thoughts are with Raymond’s family. It is so painful to lose someone, yet no one else can really know all that you feel except our Heavenly Father. He knows and feels your pain. He calls death an enemy and promises to remove it forever, Isaiah 25:8 “And he will swallow up death forever…” He also promised to wake up all our loved ones, in the memorial tombs, from death (Isaiah 26:19). What joy it will be to see our loved ones again and to enjoy life as our Creator purposed (Psalms 145:16). I  hope these words give all of you comfort.

Our dear brother in Christ will be sorely missed. We will see one another on heavens' shore. May all who knew him be comforted and blessed during this temporal sorrow.
