Mr. Douglas Mark Fadely, age 60, of Glenwood, died Saturday, February 29, 2020 at his residence after an extended illness. He lived most of his life in Alden, Michigan, and resided in Glenwood for a very short time. Douglas was a plumber by trade and he was Protestant by Faith.

Douglas is preceded in death by his sister, Lynn Nelson.

Douglas is survived by his parents, Avis and Jan Fadely, of Glenwood; two brothers, Richard Fadely of Cocoa, Florida, and William “Ben” Fadely of Glenwood; and one sister, Jean Hamelin of Lansing, Michigan. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

No services are scheduled at this point.

Jan, Avis and family,
So sorry to hear about Doug's passing. He did quite a bit of plumbing work for us over the years while working for Mike Lanning. We have a lot of good memories when you all lived here...the church, the men's choir, and our friendship. He was a good guy and will be missed. Our prayers are with your family at this difficult time.

Dear Fadely Family,

I was so saddened to hear of Doug's passing. I will always remember his perpetual smile, he was so happy-go-lucky. He will be missed. RIP Doug
