Offering my sincere condolences to Carissa Family. While it may have been difficult saying goodbye please find comfort in God’s promise knowing even though she is resting for a while, John 5:28-29 says that there will be a resurrection, where our Heavenly Father promises to awaken all those who have fallen asleep in death with perfect health. (Acts 24:15). May you find "Strength" from the love and care that surrounds you and comfort in the memories that you shared.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Rhonda. Praying for your peace in the coming days and months. Grief comes in waves. They are frequent and intense in the beginning, but they get smaller and easier to bear with time.
