Mr. Steven Dean Henry, age 51, of Jackson GA, (formerly of Glenwood) died Thursday October 12, 2017 at his residence.  

Mr. Henry was a native of Atlanta.  He lived in Pembroke before moving to Glenwood where he graduated from Wheeler County High School.  He has lived in Jackson for many years where he was the owner/operator of Henry Construction.  Dean loved the outdoors and he was an avid deer hunter.  He was Baptist by faith.

Mr. Henry is preceded in death by his grandparents.

Dean is survived by his mother, Kathy Frost of Glenwood; his father and step-mother, Sam and Cara Henry of Glenwood; two brothers, Shane Henry (Kim) of Glenwood and Zade Frost (Jessi) of Douglas; and his sister, Fara Frost of Glenwood.

Funeral services for Steven Dean Henry will be held Tuesday October 17, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Nolon McDaniel and Shane Henry officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Glenwood Chapel on Monday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.

So sorry to hear of Dean passing I went to school with him (Class of '84). I worked with his stepmother Cara at The Wheeler County Hospital. He will be missed.
