Mr. David Ray Coleman, age 62, of Lyons died Friday, June 2, 2017 at Memorial Health of Savannah after a brief illness. David was native of Dalton and had lived in Lyons for the past 15 years. He was a farmer and was Baptist by faith.
Mr. Coleman is survived by two brothers, Allen Coleman of Calhoun, Ga., and Roger Coleman of Rome, Ga.; and two sisters, Linda White of Chatsworth, Ga., and Kathy Blackmon of Lafayette, Ga.
Services and interment will follow at a later date in McCayesville Ga.
Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Lyons Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.

I am so sorry for your lost, I have only know David for about 5 years every time I saw David he would be smile and if you were working he would pitch in and help. I like David the first time we meet he had a little dog that he through the world of, he was very kind and respectable and he would help any one out if he could. I know a lot of time he felt bad but he would not complain and keep on going, I believe that David always look for good in people, which most of the time he would get the short end of the stick. He would go out of his way just to help. He will surely be missed!!! May GOD bless his family always.
