Mrs. Nell Joyce, age 84, of Glenwood died Monday, March 20, 2017, at Brown’s Healthcare of Statesboro after an extended illness. Mrs. Nell was a native and lifelong resident of Glenwood, Georgia and was a homemaker. Mrs. Nell was a member of Hope Baptist Church.
Mrs. Nell is preceded in death by her husband, Lucien Joyce, 2013; and her daughter, Esther Net Stewart.
Mrs. Nell is survived by her son, Ricky Joyce (Effie) of Waynesboro; son-in-law, Gene Stewart of Wadley; three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A Graveside Memorial Service for Mrs. Nell Joyce will be held Friday March 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Glenwood City Cemetery.
Stewart-Rosier Funeral Glenwood Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.
