Mrs. Ruby Dell Cogar, age 61, of Lyons died Wednesday evening, November 18, 2015 The Oaks at Bethany of Vidalia following an extended illness.

Mrs. Cogar was a native and lifelong resident of Toombs County. She was a retired seamstress and attended Lyons Freewill Baptist Church.

Mrs. Cogar is survived by her son, Mark Harrell of Lyons; brother, Bobby Earl Coe of Alston; and two step-grandchildren, Lily Segui and Andrew Phillip Segui.

The family of Mrs. Ruby Dell Cogar will receive friends Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Stewart Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at a later date.
