Marcelina Ramos Mora, age 56, of Lyons died Wednesday November 12, 2014 at Memorial Health of Savannah after a brief illness.

She was a native of Mexico, and had lived in Lyons the past 18 years. She worked in the agriculture field most of her life. She attended Jehovah’s Witness in Vidalia.

Mrs. Mora is preceeded in death by her mother Eustorgia Mora Ramos.

Mrs. Marcelina Ramos Mora is survived by her dad Niceforo Ramos of Mexico; two sons Jaime Solorzano and wife Paula of Mexico and Pablo  Solorzano and his wife Nanci of Lyons; four daughters Rocio Solorzano of Lyons, Vanessa Hutcheson and her husband Jason of Lyons, Fabiola Gonzalez and her husband Birza of Lyons, and Aleida Vargas and her husband Marcos of Lyons; one brother Alejandro Ramos Mora of Texas; three sisters Juana Duran of Reidsville, Berta Ramos Mora of Texas, and Liz Ramos Mora of Texas; and six grandchildren.

The funeral services for Mrs. Marcelina Ramos Mora will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday starting at 11:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will follow at a later date in Mexico.
