Miss Windham was one of my high school language arts teachers. She will forever be remembered as someone who had a great influence on my life. She encouraged me to further my education and made me believe that I had a special gift for expressing my thoughts through writing. She gave me confidence and for that I will always be grateful. As a recently retired educator, I can only hope that I inspired a few students in the same way.
