Patricia Lewis, age 47, of Lyons died early Thursday morning, March 7, 2013 at Community Hospice of Vidalia after an extended illness.
Mrs. Lewis was a native and lifelong resident of Toombs County. She was Christian by faith.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Peter Lewis. Survivors include her son, Peter Lewis Anderson of Vidalia; her parents, Robert and Carolyn Thompson of Lyons; three brothers, Robert Daniel Thompson of Lyons, Thomas James Thompson of Lyons and Wesley Eugene Thompson of Columbus, Ga.; three sisters, Janet Chambers of Visalia, CA; Martha Jean Garza of Lyons and Saraha Anne Bryant of Lyons.
Funeral Services for Patricia Lewis will be held Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Jones Stewart Funeral Home of Lyons with Reverend Mike Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Lyons City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6 until 8 PM.
