Cindy and family my heart aches for your great loss. I remember going with Jim as a four person mission trip to Russia. He was always ready to help, with witty comments along the way. He always appeared upbeat and so aware of everything in his environment. I will personally miss him and I know you have suffered a great loss. Keeping you in my prayers.

There are no words that I can say or type that truly describe how devastatingly tragic this is. Cindy, my heart truly hurts for you, Eason, Lexie and the rest of your family. Jim was so full of life. His heart was beautiful in the love he had for the Lord, you, the kids, his mom and the rest of his family. He was quite often a beacon of light for his work-family on long, hard days. He always made us laugh with his witty humor and corny jokes. I will forever miss his smiling face and his big heart. He has left a tremendous void in our Cath Lab Family that no one will ever be able to fill. Please know that you, the kids and the rest of the family are in my thoughts and prayers today and the days to come.

Jim always had a friendly Hello with your name attached and then a joke for you. He was genuine and always showed you "happy" - one of his many gifts. He has left a huge hole which cannot be filled. I knew him from EGRMC as a fellow employee and he was my husband's nurse when he had a heart cath done several years ago. He was professional yet personable and explained everything that was going to happen. He was talented in making his patients feel at ease. My sincere condolences.

Jim’s Family....I’m so sorry to read about Jim’s passing. My family knew him in the Canal Zone. He spent a lot of time at our house and we were all part of The Good News Singers. If you’re ever interested in some memories or pictures (including him!) feel free to contact me. I would love to share them with you! I loved to ride on his motorcycle with him even tho I wasn’t allowed! I could easily argue with him....he was like a big brother to me. I wish we’d been able to find your family while he was alive to join our reunions. It was certainly a special time and place! I hoped you’ve been comforted by the God we all love.

I'm so sorry to learn Jim passed away last year. We went to the same church, First Baptist Church of Balboa, when he was stationed in Panama in 1972. Several of us from the Good News Singers, of which he was also a part, had tried to locate him over the years, but were never able to do so. He was a great guy, and I'll never forget his blue Chevy Nova. My condolences on his loss, but will look forward with you to seeing him again soon!
