Mrs. Mildred Anderson Adams, age 86, of Brunswick died late Sunday evening August 26, 2018 at Southeast Georgia Health System of Brunswick after a brief illness. Mildred was a native of Wheeler County, residing in Brunswick for the past 33 years. She was a caregiver for the elderly and a member of Bible Baptist Church of Brunswick.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Mayo and Mandy Anderson; and two sisters, Margie Thigpen and Mable Gilbert.

Mildred is survived by her husband, Willie A. “Jack” Adams of Brunswick; her son, William “P.O.” Adams (Connie B.) of Cadwell; her sister, Mary Price of Savannah; three grandchildren, Sheree Adams of Brunswick, Corey Adams of Glenwood, and Tyler Adams of Claxton; and four great-grand children, Lane, Kelsey, Cason and Colton.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mildred Anderson Adams will be held Wednesday August 29, 2018 at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Glenwood Chapel at 11:00 AM with Reverend Mike Landrum officiating. Interment will follow at Glenwood City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Glenwood Chapel from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
