Mr. Jimmy Cribbs Sr., age 59, of Toombs County died Monday, February 12, 2018, at Tattnall County Hospital of Reidsville after a sudden illness. Mr. Cribbs was a native of Cobbtown living most of his life in Toombs County. He retired from James Thompson Service Center as a mechanic and was Christian by Faith.

Jimmy is survived by one son, James Larry Cribbs Jr. (Amanda McCormick) of Rome; two daughters, Trinia Marie Cribbs (Victor Bell) of Johnson Corner, and Gabby Clanton of Florida; one brother, Roger Cribbs of Reidsville; three sisters, Mary Jo Rewis of Cobbtown, Judith Cribbs of Vidalia, and Patsy Ann Padgett of Metter; four grandchildren, Chris, Dessa, Jordan, and Timothy; and his life partner, Tara Kelley of Lakeland FL.

Services will be scheduled at a later date.
