Mr. Frank Neil Howell Sr., age 61, of Lyons died Thursday morning, August 3, 2017 at Oxley Park Health and Rehab after an extended illness.  Frank was native of Bartow Florida and had lived in Lyons for the past 29 years.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy and had worked for the City of Lyons as a maintenance man for many years.

Mr. Howell is preceded in death by his parents, John Talmadge Howell Sr. and Maggie Howell; and his sister, Edna Jones.

Mr. Howell is survived by his wife of 38 years Susan Howell; his sons, Frank Howell Jr., Joshua (Adrenna) Howell, and Jonathan Howell, all of Lyons; his daughters, Tabatha (Donnie) Harrison, Bracy Howell, and Gayla Howell, all of Lyons; his brother, Robin Jones of Lakeland FL; and his grandchildren, Eli Hutcheson, Jack Hutcheson, Landon Hutcheson, Kalea Bellflower, Devin Harrison, Justin Harrison, Destiny Harrison, Brayden Howell, Layla Howell, Layton Howell, Baylie Ramsey, and Brayden Story.
