Mr. Earnest “Andy” McKuhen, age 55, of Soperton died Thursday, January 5, 2017, at his residence after an extended illness. Mr. McKuhen was a native of Miami Florida and lived in Soperton for the past four years. He was retired from Mitel Communications and attended Calvary on Aimwell.

Mr. Earnest McKuhen is preceded in death by his father, Earnest McKuhen Sr.; his mother, Mary Touchton; his brother, Bobby McKuhen; and his sister, Marline Lee.

Mr. Earnest McKuhen is survived by his wife of 32 years, Norma McKuhen of Soperton; his son Alan Kasten of Soperton; his daughter, Leona Fortin (Kenny) of Winder; his two sisters, Donna Faye Malone of Tallahassee Florida, and Karen Vaughn (William) of Cheyenne Wyoming; and one brother-in-law, John Lee of Perry Florida. Three grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan and Katelyn; many nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Earnest “Andy” McKuhen will be held Saturday, January 7th 2017, at 3:00 pm at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Pastor Keith Horton officiating. Interment will follow privately at a later date. The family will receive friends at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel Saturday from 1:00 pm until the hour of the service.
