Mr. Clifton Price Jr., age 72, of Augusta died Tuesday morning, June 28, 2016, at his residence after a brief illness.

Mr. Price was a native of Toombs County, living most of his life in Augusta. He was a retired salesman and Baptist by faith.

Mr. Price is survived by his wife, Doris Price of Augusta;  two sons, Warren Mathew Price (Shelly) of Grovetown, and Gerald Price (Paula) of Cedar Crossing; two brothers, David Price of Twin City and Phillip Price of Martinez; one sister, Patsy Surratt of Hephzibah; and four grandchildren, Emilie, Hannah, Mathew, and Brayden.

Funeral Services for Mr. Clifton Price Jr. will be held Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Steven Toole and Reverend Chris Brown officiating.  Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Thursday afternoon from 1:30 until the time of the service.
