Mr. Brad Fountain, age 45, of Clearwater Beach FL, died Friday May, 29, 2015 at this residence after a sudden illness.  

Brad was a native of Vidalia and lived in Clearwater Beach, FL.  He was Baptist by Faith.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Jackie Fountain in 1979; and his nephew Brandon Burkhart.

Brad is survived by his father, Roy Lee Fountain Sr.; his sister, Lisa Perkins and husband Clayton of Ohio; his half-brother, Roy Lee Fountain Jr. and his niece Mandy Shay Perkins of Ohio.

Funeral services for Mr. Brad Fountain will be held Friday, June 5, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Stewart-Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday morning from 9:30 am until the hour of the service.
