Mr. Greg Phillips, age 57, of 703 Leman Road Vidalia/Normantown, died Friday afternoon, December 12, 2014 at GA Regents of Augusta after a brief illness.  

Mr. Phillips was a native and lifelong resident of Emanuel County.  He was the owner and operator of Lyons Tool and Machine.

Greg was preceeded in death by his parents, Marvin and Adrienne Phillips, and his brother, Mike Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Phillips of Normantown; two sons, Tyler Phillips and wife DeAndra of Normantown and Jason Cook of Lyons; his daughter, Pennie Cook-Rowe of Soperton; sister-in-law, Rebecca Phillips; and four grandchildren, Bentlee Phillips and Jason, Joshua and Hana Cook.

Funeral Services for Mr. Greg Phillips will be held Sunday, December 14, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Stewart- Rosier Funeral Service Vidalia Chapel with Reverend Melvin Kramer officiating. Interment will follow in Waters Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 noon until the hour of the service.
